Leadership Structure |
|
| The leadership of our Church is provided
by blending professional staff with an elected governing
body and many capable volunteers. The governing
body is the Consistory, which is comprised of our
Pastor (the President), six Elders
and six Deacons.
The Consistory acts as representatives of the congregation,
having been elected by the congregation to serve
in this capacity. They handle all Church business
matters not specifically assigned to the role of
the Elders or the Deacons. |

Leaders |

| Rev. Dale D. Matthews has been
the Pastor of Christ's Community Church since
the summer of 1997. With more than 30 years
of service in the ordained ministry, he provides
able leadership to our congregation. He is
a graduate of Hope College and Western Theological
Seminary.
Our staff also includes:
- Catharina Matthews, Music Director
- Lesa McMurray, Church Secretary
- Xiao Ling Jiang, Principal Pianist

The Elders meet monthly to oversee
all membership matters of the Church and to ensure
spiritual well-being for the Church and it's congregation.
Our current Elders, and the end of their 3-year
terms, are as follows:
- 2007 - Les Sackett (Vice President)
- 2007 - Frank Sutter (Clerk)
- 2008 - Clarence Bratton
- 2008 - Jeff Corcoran
- 2009 - Nancy Oyer

The Deacons meet monthly to tend
to financial matters of the Church and to oversee
the management of Church facilities. Current Deacons,
and the end of their 3-year terms, are as follows:
